Finally I have a fabulous cake to show off again!!
This cake had more roses on it than I've ever used on a cake!
All I used was Sahara roses (which are one of my favorites because they open so gorgeously and smell fantastic!), a few Vendalla roses, and a lot of Stephanotis (with little pearl pins inside).
I also used the Sahara petals on the cake, kinda 'trickling' down the sides and flowing out at the bottom.

This cake was for a wedding at the Summit House in Fullerton.

More to come...soon!!

Wow! It's been a while!

Well hello again to all my bloggies! As you may, or may not know, winter is a very slow time for weddings...so I've been lagging. My apologies. I have not forgotten you!

I got a nice, fancy digital camera for Christmas! Good for me...and you! As you may have already realized, pictures are on the way!

I have a few cakes that I need to post (waiting to get them from someone else), and as soon as I get my new camera all figured out, I will be posting regularly again!

Check out Flower Allie's blog, (there's a link in the top, right hand corner of this page) because it's been kept up to date and there's tons of gorgeous wedding pictures!

See you soon!

Elegant, simple, yet astounding.

The flowers ON this cake were simple, one top cluster, but the prettiest part was the plethora of flowers at the base of the cake. To get a better look at the flowers, you can make the picture bigger by clicking on it.
I used; Dahlias, tropical amazon roses, mango mini callas, cymbidium orchids, bells of ireland, corvette roses, ravel roses, and hydrangea.

Rancho Las Lomas, AWESOME square cake...

Wow, sorry folks, I have been majorly lagging on my posts!
Well anywhoo...
This cake looked so cool, I wish I had gotten more shots because it looked so different from every side!
On this cake I used; Dahlias, Coxcomb (that weird, brainy looking stuff), Tulips, Makara orchids, mini Callas, and Circus roses.

Pink roses and alstromeria.

Ok, sorry but my digital cameras batteries died before I could take theses pictures...so they again, are blurry.

Anywhoo... this cake had white and pink roses, pink spray roses, pink alstromeria, seeded eucalyptus and various greens.
I really think the alstromeria made this cake!

Simply orchids...

This cake looked so amazing and yet, was so simple! I only used three things: bombay dendrobium orchids, mini white cymbidiums, and some greens.

I plucked off some blooms and placed them around the "scrunched" table.

It looked so purdy!

This was for a wedding at the Friendly Hills Country Club in Whittier, CA.

Hot pink and purple, curly cake :)

I just got home from setting up this wedding and am excited to post some pictures! *AGAIN* I am so sorry for the blurriness...I WILL get a digital camera sometime and then have much better quality pictures for you all! Untill then, the camera phone will have to do!

Anywhoo...I adorned this cake with different toned, pink roses, purply-pink hydrangea, some sarbonne lilly leaves and buds, and one other flower I forgot the name of (I'll get back to you on that!).

As always, this cake smelled so good, which is a bummer because it looked too good to eat!!

Purply-Pink :)

You'll have to excuse the blurriness of these photos, my lens had a smudge on it and I didn't notice untill recent inspection of these pics... Oops. :)

Anywhoo, this cake was gorgeous (as always) it looked really "proper" and statuesque.

I only did a cluster on the top, a small little bunch on the second tier and then petals on the bottom layers. The petals added a nice, delicate touch.

This was at the Summit House, Fullerton.

Hydrangea Fill Cake

This cake looked so pretty even before the flowers! I loved all the swirls! Anywhoo...we used some awesome blue hydrangea (that is it's natural color, no dyes or anything!) to fill in all of the space between the layers of cake and then around the bottom as well.

Look how gorgeous it looked when all the little votive candles were lit!!

This cake was for a wedding at The DoubleTree

Cal Poly Pomona cake

I really liked how the flowers on top looked so abundant, like a cornucopia of flowers.

This wedding was held at Cal Poly Pomona in the Kellogg House.

Tropical and Classic, Classy Red

These colors were so beautiful together, it had a nice tropical feel.

(Dendrobium orchids, mango mini callas, and roses)

This cake was very simple, yet classy and was only adorned with red roses.
I tried something different with the petals on the table, and I think it turned out very nicely.

I did both of these cakes for weddings at the Fullerton Marriott...

Princess"y" cake

This looked like a cake fit for a Princess!!!

Spring time cake...

This is one of my favorite cakes!!

The vines and the big, yellow flower in front were made of sugar (and applied by the bakery) but the rest...REAL!
I loved this cake because it is just so fresh and fun, it makes you want to go lie down in the grass and watch the clouds roll by...
